Piper
Piper is the Citizen's own environment: Runtime, State and Instance, which Citizens see as their Citizen Space. Percayso, the AI inside it, indexes their files, holds their memory and does work for them, only under the authority they delegate; it is never a principal in its own right. Apps and skills come from the App & Skill Store. A Citizen's Piper runs in one place at a time, and every placement leaves them a way to take it elsewhere without Percayso's cooperation.
Percayso ID
Percayso ID is the identity provider, outside Piper. It verifies a person once, with an identity document and a live check of their face, and then they sign in with a passkey. There are no passwords. Every part of the Community trusts a Citizen through it, and Organisations are claimed through it.
Cayso
Cayso (₡) is the Community's service credit: sterling-backed and finite, issued by the Treasury only against sterling it holds. It prices every service in the Community and is earned through contribution, sales of apps and skills, and introducing new Citizens. It is a service credit, not equity, not a security and not a promise of anything back. ₡100 a month buys membership. The Open Treasury is the page for its supply.
Percayso Cloud
Percayso Cloud is the network formed by Percayso's Core Nodes and the Contributor Nodes Citizens and Organisations offer. The long-term objective is a hybrid infrastructure model that reduces complete dependency on hyperscalers. Contributors are paid in Cayso for storage a Community workload uses or reserves. An Instance Percayso hosts runs on its Core Nodes, never on a Contributor's machine. The aim is half the hyperscaler price, and Percayso owns no data centres.
The App & Skill Store
Creators, Citizens or Organisations, publish apps and skills built in Piper's Forge. A sale pays the Creator 80% and the Community 20%. Anyone can browse the Store here; getting anything happens in Piper.
The website
This site is the door: Become a Citizen and Sign in lead to Percayso ID, and the site keeps no account of its own. It publishes the constitution and the Open Treasury, and carries no advertising.
Identity + data + AI + infrastructure + markets + ownership.
The technology stack is only useful if the combination increases the citizen's ability to participate in the economic value created by AI.
The complete system should feel simple to the citizen.
